Robyn Murphy, Head of Biochemistry and Genetics, LaTrobe University

Do you know what happens to your skeletal muscle as you get older?  Do you know how to care for your muscles?  This talk will encompass aspects of my research that have been published, where these questions have been explored in well-controlled experimental trials in humans. The overarching focus of the talk will follow my passion of keeping people – young and old – health; and how we might best incorporate this into daily school and working lives.
